Customer satisfaction

The most recent customer satisfaction survey dates from October 2003 and was conducted among 60 important customers. Almost 60% responded. Analytico Food is proud to report an evaluation mark of 7.5 for its service-lending.
Customers were asked about their satisfacation with accessibility, the transport service, delivery time, reporting, settlement of complaints, project coordination, account management, sample-taking, price, invoicing and provision of information.
There are always matters to be improved, of course, and therefore the survey results will be used particularly to this end.
