Eurofins Analytico analyses migration from packaging materials
Eurofins Analytico is able to look for Isopropylthioxanthone (ITX) in milk via GC-MS. The test is accredited according to ISO17025. The limit of detection is 1 mg/kg. Recently, the European Union gave several notifications about the presence of ITX in milk. ITX migrates from packaging materials to the milk.
Besides ITX, we are also able to look for other migration components. For example: BADGE, BFDGE, NOGE, NODGE, Semicarbazide and others.
